Will Sony offer a new PSP Hand Phone?

When Nokia is losing his market share to other new comers RIMM and Apple, from Data of Q3 2010, Nokia market share is 32.4% shipping out 110.4M unit as world top One hand phone supplier, 2nd is Samsung with market share 21% and 71.4M sets shipped, followed by LG 8.3% with 28.4M sets, Motorola was surpassed by Apple with market share 4.1% with14.1 sets, then RIM 3.6% with 12.4M sets.
Nokia is doing all the way to reduce manufacturing cost, two weeks ago they had trimmed off some 1,200 jobs. Sony used to be the third rank but now dropped out of the Top Five. They had to do something, Well, not just smart phones, and tablets are going to use Android OS, gaming device PSP is also rumored to use the Android OS.how about converting their ever popular PSP into a hand phone.
Sony Ericsson, a popular brand that produces mobile phones, is reportedly preparing a new version of gaming devices with the Android OS 3.0 gingerbread. But there is still a handful of information on the can. According to some media, Sony Ericsson is developing a device similar to the PSP-Go. The device is rumored to have a gaming keypad slider form, with the D-Pad and buttons are the same as the PSP-go.
The display of the gaming device is said to be the size Android between 3.7 inches – 4.1 inches with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 1GHz processor that is used is also old enough to run a tough game though. Brand name “Xperia” reportedly will be the trademark of this gaming device. But some other sources also said another possible Sony Ericsson/Sony will use the PlayStation name. Though this is a romour in the internet but I am sure that Sony is doing a lot of new gadgets to attract more youngsters to use their phone and to keep their hand set to be competitive. I think that might be a way for this PSP to be converting to a hand phone. Especially those student whose embraces a PSP more than his books have to get alert, and start to keep money for this new Hand set for you!
